“Thank you Kylie for your compassion while sending Tiffany to The Rainbow Bridge 🙏 What is usually a stressful time was instead made comfortable with Kylie's calm, compassionate & unhurried service. We've had to send 9 fur babies to The Rainbow Bridge over the past 40 years & this was without doubt the best experience we've had.”

“It was extremely hard for our family to say goodbye to our beloved cat Bao Bao, but Kylie was very compassionate, professional and patient that she explained to us about the process and wanted us to take as much time as we needed, so the whole process was very peaceful and smooth. We received Bao Bao in a week time and was carefully packaged. The paw print we ordered was also beautifully made. We are truly grateful for your gentle, kind and professional service Kylie!!.”

“I was dreading this process but the kindness, professionalism, and compassion Kylie showed to me and my dog was beyond words. After almost 14 years of companionship, I could not have asked to say goodbye in a more peaceful and loving way. This would not have been possible without the home visit Kylie was able to make. Thank you <3Mojo & Harry.”
